THE ROLE

As a Beauty Therapist, you are expected to have the following abilities/knowledge:
- Outstanding time keeping and punctuality
- Performing a range of beauty treatments including manicure and pedicure, eye-brows and lashes, massage therapy, waxing
- Knowledge of anatomy and skin structure
- Superior standards of customer service (essential)
- Smart presentation with excellent communication and speaking skills (essential)
- Excellent up-selling and promotion skills of products and services
- To undertake all training and development in treatment procedures
- General housekeeping duties

ABOUT YOU
This is a dream role for an all-round therapist who prides themselves on 5* customer care and who can deliver exceptional treatments.
- You will ideally have 2+ years’ experience working in a professional, customer-facing environment such as beauty, spa, retail or hospitality.
- You are honest, reliable, friendly, super passionate and hard-working
- You effortlessly make people feel comfortable and at ease
- You are also a genuine, amazing and caring Therapist who can build strong relationships with our clients and confidently present a range of our services to them
- You are a team player with excellent people skill
- An NVQ Level 2 certification in Beauty Therapy is essential.
- You will have a genuine love for treatments
- Fluent in English. You must be well-spoken and confident in communicating with clients.
- You will be passionate, professional and friendly with the ability to make our clients feel at ease and well looked after
